REPEX (Regroupement des professionnels de l’exportation) is an incorporated non-profit organization that brings together individuals from Quebec and surrounding regions specialized in goods and/or services sales activities outside Canada, international development focused on making networking easier between members and promoting the development and recognition of their professional skills. The original concept came from Economic Development Canada in a follow-up to Solutions PME Export.


Mission

REPEX brings together individuals specialized in international business development in order to increase its members’ skills and help them be recognized, and to make it easier for experts to find one another.
REPEX works to carry out its mission in accordance with the needs identified by its members, who also manage the association’s operations.
REPEX recognizes the importance of collaborating with other players in the Canadian international business development field. The organization fulfills its mission while meeting ethical and transparency standards.


History

REPEX was formed in August 2003 and is now currently run by a board of directors recently elected in January 2007.
